It’s Flight Room’s 6th retreat to Xinalani but our first to MIXTO, their private, oceanfront villa where we’ll be pampered for seven nights.

The Penthouses (2):

Single Bed in a Penthouse: $2,799 per person, includes $500 deposit. Payment plans from $117/month.

With 865sf of living space, luxury bathroom and a private oceanfront deck (perfect for a little sun-warmed flow), our two Penthouses accommodate up to four guests in single beds.

Pricing includes r/t transport from the Puerto Vallarta airport to Mixto, three delicious meals each day and a minimum of two yoga practices each day (a mix of mat and aerial.)

Oceanfront Rooms (4):

Single or King Bed: $2,999 per person double occupancy or $3,999 single occupancy, includes $500 deposit. Payment plans from $127/month.

Whether you’re traveling with a friend or partner, want to be matched with a fellow retreat attendee or are looking for a private luxury experience, our beachfront rooms can be set up with a king bed or two single beds and feature spectacular views.

Food & Beverage

All meals are served buffet style at Mixto and are truly special. The staff cooks with love and is happy to accommodate dietary needs and restrictions. Vegetarian, vegan and gluten free options are offered at every meal. Check out the 7-day menu right here.

Spa & Experiences

From included activities like kayaking, snorkeling and salsa dancing to add-ons at the spa or amazing adventures like swimming with wild dolphins, you can pack your week with unforgettable experiences.

Transportation

Getting there is always half the fun and that’s especially true with a Mixto retreat! We’ll travel by panga boat from the marina to the retreat (and maybe spy some dolphins playing along the way!)

Good news: every portion of your transportation once you arrive at the Puerto Vallarta airport is coordinated for you and included in your retreat cost.

Frequently Asked Questions

Please note that your flight must arrive to Puerto Vallarta no later than 4pm on 1/3 and depart no earlier than 12pm on 1/10 in order to coordinate with the boat transportation.
Within those parameters, you’re welcome to select the flights that work best for you and we’ll arrange your transport to and from Xinalani based on your flight times.
Please submit one registration form for each person and make a note that you’d like to be paired with your friend/partner and we’ll make sure to book you into the same room.

Please note that the cost is the same even if your travel partner doesn’t plan on attending classes (what a great excuse to get them to try it out!)
This experience is designed to meet you exactly where you are! Some people attending will be experienced aerial yogis and some will be brand new. (Every retreat so far has had students trying aerial for the first time!)
We will all support each other’s growth, no matter which stage of journey we are on.
Many of our retreat attendees register as individuals and are not traveling with a friend or partner, so you’ll be in good company.

If you’re reserving a shared room, we will take care of matching you with another student traveling alone. One of the biggest benefits of the retreat experience is meeting new friends!
Cancellations (for any reason including illness or emergency) made more than 180 days before arrival are fully refundable less the $500 deposit. Cancellations made between 31 and 179 days are 50% refundable and cancellations made 30 days or less before arrival are not refundable.

We strongly recommend purchasing “cancel for any reason” travel insurance to protect your investment!
