Front Desk & Sales Associate

Location: Central District, Green Lake and Lower Queen Anne studios

Employment Type: Part-Time (5-15 hours/week depending on whether we hire one person for all three studios or multiple positions) 

Schedule:

Central District Studio
Thursdays from 4-7:30pm
Sundays from 10-12pm

Green Lake Studio
Mondays from 4:30-7:30pm
Wednesdays from 4-6:15pm

Lower Queen Anne Studio
Tuesdays from 5-7:30pm
Saturdays from 12-2:30pm

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Membership Growth

  • Actively promote studio memberships and class packages to new and returning clients.

  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets for memberships and class packs.

  • Maintain sales report for each shift worked.

  • Follow up with leads via email, phone, or in person to convert inquiries into memberships.

Customer Service

  • Greet all clients warmly and create a welcoming environment at the studio.

  • Manage the email and text inboxes: respond to client inquiries, help with membership changes, address concerns, etc. 

Administrative Tasks

  • Manage class check-ins and ensure all client information is up-to-date in the studio management software.

  • Tidy the studio space as needed.

  • Serve as back-up Studio Experience Team officer (laundry, cleaning, supply stocking, etc.) occasionally.

Studio Representation

  • Stay well-versed in Flight Room’s class offerings, instructors, and upcoming events to provide informed and enthusiastic recommendations.

  • Actively participate in studio events, workshops, and community outreach to attract new clients and build relationships.


Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field (experience in a fitness or yoga studio is a plus).

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and stay organized.

  • Familiarity with our studio management software (Walla) is a plus.

  • A passion for yoga, fitness, or wellness is highly preferred.
