Nervous about trying your first class? Join us for Flight Foundations (2.5 hour workshop) or Aerial Essentials (60 minute overview) where you’ll be in a group with other aerial newbies.


Flight Foundations 2.5 Hour Workshop: $59

Join Patty for an incredible 2.5 hour Intro Workshop where you'll learn the foundational building blocks to create your aerial yoga practice.

Our purpose is to explore mobility, strength, and balance, while maintaining safety and alignment.

Practice will include
- Introducing yoga postures with different points of focus and alignment
- Inversions: how and why they are beneficial
- Sensation and pressure; how to acclimate and adjust
- An exploration of decompression and detoxification
- Strengthening and lengthening (balancing your practice)

AERIAL ESSENTIALS OVERVIEW: $39

Can’t make it to one of our Flight Foundations workshops? Consider Aerial Essentials: all of the basics in an express format.

Your 60-minute experience will help you get comfortable working with the aerial yoga hammock by moving through foundational postures and flows (including some upside down time!)

We host Aerial Essentials four times each month and rotate through our four studio locations:

Ballard: Monthly on the first Sunday of the month at 12pm

Central District: Monthly on the second Thursday of the month at 5pm

Green Lake: Monthly on the last Wednesday of the month at 6:15pm

Lower Queen Anne: Monthly on the last Monday of the month at 5pm
