We have a minimum of two streaming classes each day that can be rewatched at any time. Looking to get started with an aerial practice? We will have our famous Intro Workshop available in an online format, where you will receive a step by step introduction to working with the fabric (allowing you to progress to our other online aerial classes!). Not interested in aerial at this time? No worries. Our mat yoga & fitness classes have you covered, too.
