Plan Cancelations & Holds


Cancelations

Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 48 hours in advance of your next billing date after any minimum membership commitments have been fulfilled. For example, if your next billing date is on the 15th, the cancellation request must be received (by form submission time stamp) no later than the 13th. Once a membership payment has been processed for that particular period, there will be no partial refunds.

holds

Memberships may be placed on a complimentary hold up to two times each year for a minimum of one week and a maximum of one month each occurrence. Hold requests must be submitted a minimum of 48 hours prior to the hold period. Longer holds may be granted for medical reasons; please email info@flightroomseattle.com to arrange a medical membership hold.
