FAQs

how do i apply account credit to my purchase?

If you purchased a gift card and have “bonus card” account credit, you’re welcome to apply that to your purchase and your account credit will appear in your wallet.

Please note that even though account credit from other sources (last annual membership purchase, challenges, etc.) may show as available in your wallet, those may not be used toward an annual membership and that transaction will be voided if applied. You’re welcome to redeem it for a private session, workshop, retail, retreat, etc.

Can I use my membership at multiple studio locations?

Our Light Flyer, Frequent Flyer and Ultimate Flyer memberships may be used at all studio locations. Our single studio unlimited memberships may only be used at that particular studio, though you are welcome to purchase drop-in additional classes at a discounted member rate of $23.

I currently have a monthly membership. How will that be handled?

Please cancel your monthly membership by emailing info@flightroomseattle.com. You’ll be able to activate your annual membership when your current month has expired through your Walla account.

I have a class pack with credits remaining. What should I do?

You are welcome to either set your start date in the future and use your class credits up in the meantime or we can apply the value of your remaining class credits to your membership. To have your classes converted to a credit, please email Jen at jen@flightroomseattle.com.

Can I pause my annual membership? What about refunds if I move?

We are happy to place your membership on a complimentary hold of up to two months in a calendar year. Because of the deep discounts on annual memberships, they are not eligible for refunds. However, if you find yourself unable to use your membership, we’re happy to transfer the remaining portion to a friend!
