Can I use my membership at multiple studio locations?

Our Light Flyer, Frequent Flyer and Ultimate Flyer memberships may be used at all studio locations. Our single studio unlimited memberships may only be used at that particular studio, though you are welcome to purchase drop-in additional classes at a discounted member rate of $23.

I currently have a monthly membership. How will that be handled?

We will automatically end your monthly (or quarterly) membership when we set-up your annual membership. If you set an annual membership start date prior to the end of your current month of membership, a prorated credit will be applied to your annual membership.

I have a class pack with credits remaining. What should I do?

You are welcome to either set your start date in the future (as far out as six months from purchase) and use your class credits up in the meantime or we can apply the value of your remaining class credits to your membership. Just make a note with your preference when you fill out your form.

Can I pause my annual membership? What about refunds if I move?

We are happy to place your membership on a complimentary hold of up to two months in a calendar year. Each hold must be for a minimum of one week. Because of the deep discounts on annual memberships, they are not eligible for refunds. However, if you find yourself unable to use your membership, we’re happy to transfer the remaining portion to a friend!
